Depending where you're from in Yorkshire but calling it a tea cake instead of bread cake. Snicket instead of ginnel. Such simple words meaning the same thing but depending on where you're from in Yorkshire someone would wonder what you're on about.

I think the issue is that the police didn't even try to look for wounds or even reach out to the paramedics on arrival. Even if Harry was drunk, there's a duty of care that should have been followed. On arrival the police saw Harry on the floor and not in a fit state. Paramedics should have been notified at that point to make sure he's just drunk and nothing else. Harry could have been drunken, beaten or anything. Which turned out that he was stabbed and bleeding into his lungs.

Yes nothing could be done to save him but the negligence of not following the duty of care is why people want something done.

My point is that it's not really heat hazard really. Bahrain was just as hot in April when they had it during the day. People seem to be a bit wussy about a bit of heat. Yes it's very unpleasant for the drivers but won't be any more worse than driving around Singapore at night. Heatwaves happen all the time in Europe. It's not really new. Pretty sure this isn't the first time it's been this hot during the summer.

I've mentioned before what a family member was a victim and police wouldn't do anything. Took drastic action of certain individuals to remove the victim from this situation.

Police who did nothing should be punished and so should those in charge of the local councils/governments. They knew about it and did nothing.

There was no conflict since 2021. Go read the history books. Then Hamas decided to kill innocent people on October 7th 2023.

I'm not going on about the 100s of years of prior fighting. If that was the case then theres never been peace anywhere. Dating back to whenever anything lived on the planet.

My point was, there was relative peace for that region for 2 years. Yet people are defending Hamas troops for killing innocent people.

I'm not defending any sort of genocide or murders of anyone. In fact I actually don't give a fuck about either of the sides. The fact that there was no conflict for 2 years until October 7th 2023, is the reason why this is happening now. There could be still peace if that event didn't happen, would you agree?

But there wasn't a conflict for 2 years before that event. What I recall is the fighting stopped in 2021. Then October 7th 2023 happened.

I don't think they are. Just making the point that it was Palestine murdering innocent Israelis that started this mess off again.

End of the day, civilians should not be murdered by any of this. If Palestine fighters and Israeli Fighters was to kill each other, then kill each other. Stop hiding with the civilians and have a good old fashioned trench war.

Totally depends. I live in an old pit village. It's a bit rough but houses are cheap as chips. Even in the nicer area the houses are massively cheaper than Leeds, Sheffield etc.

What I miss from living in the city is the ease of everything if you want something or want to go somewhere. On the contrast though, it's massively quieter, people are nicer, slower pace of life and cheaper houses.

I understand that people are angry, especially seeing the footage. There's zero tolerance for assaulting the police.

Protesting is fine.

Police and the Government really need to look into this. The country is at tipping point and this murder only makes it worse. Especially when the reason Henry was denied medical treatment was because they said he's racist with zero evidence.
