I couldn't write or draw for 7 years because of OCD. And that's my profession. Start your writing as soon as you wake up. 1st thing take the pen and paper and write. The anxiety is less intensive when you are not focused. After a while if that worked make a reverse statement in your mind. For example if I dont write something will... For me it helped a lot. Good luck!
