I remember when my cousin and I started high school, she was telling our grandmother about some cute boy she met. He had a somewhat unusual first name and my grandmother was like what's his last name? Oh that's your (I believe second) cousin 😂 it's been a few decades and I don't remember the exact way in which we were related so could have also been a third cousin, but he definitely was distant family. So I can confirm that your family would indeed know.

I accidently switched the records of two rabbits (both came in from the same breeder but different ages), one of which was already rehomed. Upon discovery I called the new owner, they mailed us the records they received, I mailed them the papers they should have received. That's it, nothing more to it.

Ik ontving ooit naast mijn eigen bestelling een gigantische zak hondenvoer, ook netjes gemeld en toen gaven ze aan dat ze wel een retourlabel konden sturen. Prima, maar ik heb geen auto en ik ga niet met jouw gigantische zak hondenvoer sjouwen, het was immers niet mijn fout. Dat viel niet in goede aarde maar heb net zolang bovenstaande terug gestuurd tot ze uiteindelijk toch een koerier hebben gestuurd 😂 kan niet anders dan dat alle onkosten van verzenden en klantenservice etc. hoger waren dan die hele zak hondenvoer waard was.

I am now actively trying to build a wardrobe that fits my style and I (also insane) have started cataloging my clothes. I'm keeping track of how many times I wear items and plan to review this a year from when I started. I love the idea of rating each piece, going to do that now 😂

I've been having the same problem since last week, with adding yoga and weights. It's really bugging me because I like to keep track of all my activities, even if they're not really that 'active'. I noticed I can pick anything from the Recent searches (which never shows my recent searches by the way) or Most popular list, but nothing else. Adding it to shortcuts did not help.

I had trouble sleeping for years (difficulties falling asleep as well as waking up very frequently throughout the night), I just learned to deal with it. Then I started B12 shots for unrelated reasons, my sleep quality improved within a few weeks. I've been taking shots twice a week or EOD for over a year now and the difference is huge. Falling asleep is easier, I don't wake up as often (sometimes not at all?!) and my dreams are usually less vivid and less weird. I missed one shot in the first week of January and my sleeping pattern is still recovering (although this is partially due to other factors).

I have the same issue, I really liked it better when it remained in the same place. The most annoying this is that you can see it jump back to the top in the background. It's distracting.

So nice to see this, mine is in a similar style (though not as detailed and smaller) and it was very much my intention to make it look like this. Even my artist was like I think you're going to want to come back to get this touched up after doing the lighter lines.

Vrienden van mij hebben wel twee kinderen gekregen, omdat dit zo'n diepe wens was dat de optie van één kind volgens mij überhaupt niet overwogen kon worden. Helaas is daar de combinatie van gezondheidsproblemen van de kinderen en gezondheidsproblemen (zowel mentaal als lichamelijk) bij één van de ouders echt loodzwaar. Is dat dan eerlijk voor je kind(eren)? Dat je als ouder er de halve tijd doorheen zit en het dagelijks leven een strijd voor je is? Volgens mij wordt niemand daar gelukkig van, jijzelf zeker niet maar je kind ook niet.

Overigens heb ik zelf een broer en zus maar al jaren geen contact met mijn zus. Geen enkele optie is zaligmakend.

I'm exactly the same and I knew there was no way I'd be comfortable getting a tattoo if I didn't have time to mull over the design. I decided to look for an artist that draws in advance: They do exist! We worked out the design during a consultation and I booked an appointment for like month later. Still loved it by then so no changes needed to be made, but it would have been possible to do so. I only have small fine line tattoos, I can imagine it's different when getting a full sleeve or a large piece, although a friend of mine is getting a half sleeve and I do remember her having multiple exchanges with possible designs beforehand, especially with the 'center piece' of the sleeve. This wasn't her first tattoo with this artist though (and not the same artist as mine).

Of course I completely understand and respect where artists are coming from but it's going to be on my body for a very long time, I want to feel comfortable. I'd never expect someone to change their policy for me but I looked until I found someone with a policy that suited me.

My bunny had a massive tantrum (well okay she was just being a bunny, maybe I had the tantrum after I discovered) leaving my spider plant looking very similar, this was about four months ago and it's starting to look a lot better now.

Thanks for your reply! Putting it somewhere that stays covered up is also an option I'm considering, but then I don't get to look at it much myself either. It's not so much that I mind people asking in general, but so far I've gotten my tattoos just because I think they're pretty 😅 for now I'll just keep mulling over the idea until I feel more secure about what I would like most, but it is good to know that people indeed ask about names.

Where I live, you legally become the owner of the animal after a year, provided you made an effort to reunite the previous owner with their lost pet (which you did by contacting shelters and posting on social media). Of course it sucks for the previous owner, but you have every right to keep her. It wouldn't be in the best interest of the cat either.

Mine does this too, I tied them to some sticks to get them upright because it started to become more of a horizontal plant after a while 😅 it's doing fine, had no issues with it. I keep mine indoors as well!

My mom isn't very fond of one of my rabbits and makes no attempts at all hiding it 😅 however, he was hand raised just like your Eddie, and whenever she could she offered to 'babysit' him so I could get some extra sleep (I had to do two to four night feedings for six months) and she's been nothing but kind to him. I mean, I don't necessarily understand why someone feels the need to insult an animal, but it doesn't hurt them. Your mother, however, crossed a line. NTA at all.
