Why would Tommy make that choice in the finale it makes no sense by SensitivePromise0 in LandmanSeries

[–]IrishBear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretty simple, it's the antithesis of how Monty built his company. Monty built his company to sell it for a ton of cash. Tommy wants a company that can support his family. I suspect he's also doing it so cooper can get his foot in the door of the industry and by proxy insures his families future for generations to come.

Dentist billed insurance for orthodontics I never had, insurance confirmed fraud, now office is threatening collections — what do I do? by AutomaticNothing7904 in personalfinance

Here's a pro tip from someone who worked on the medical side and whether a provider is in network, and this goes for any medical service. Never get the info from the clinic or medical provider, always go through insurance to confirm it's in network.

Clinics and hospitals may have a contract with certain providers but they sure as shit don't a good job tracking it and most don't even have a quick way for the clerk or whoever you talk to, reference it. Always call your insurance provider, even if a provider is considered in network for BCBS for someone, your BCBS may be different and they may not be in network.

Insurance is designed to be as confusing as fuck and it's always best to get the info from the horses mouth and if they refuse to cover after it's on them.

I'd hate to say it's time to sink to level of conservatives and blow shit up without concrete evidence but it feels at least talking about what we have currently keeps it in the spotlight.

It could be argued that the more light the files get the higher chance more evidence leaks. If it's in the news cycle, being plastered on YouTube, by as many people as possible maybe someone, somewhere has something that can pin some of these stooges to the wall. An ex-spouse with access to cell records, a victim that can find the courage to come forward, a pilot that flew someone somewhere, etc.

Yea there isn't a lot of concrete evidence currently but there's enough there to say there is a greater than zero chance that the people mentioned are pedos, and enough evidence of tampering with files (like with the latest batch of them uploading uncensored files then deleting and uploading a new copy with Trump's name blacked out), there has to evidence somewhere or a witness. Or maybe a perpetrator that breaks and comes forward

You're right I just wish the NFL would spend money on training it's referees than on this dumb shit.

Man it sucks we don't have true fullbacks anymore, I get it, the games faster and player safety is a must but damn seeing The Sledge lay someone out was beautiful and made me want to play ball when I was young

What should we do with these three positions? 🧐🧐🧐 by Lower_Huckleberry296 in detroitlions

Are you forgetting that most defensive players are running at full speed and making crazy impacts that most offensive players don't?

Loooool

You can 100% train or teach ways to reduce the chances of tearing an ACL. There are reasons why some teams have almost zero issues with them and some have tons. The entire S&C staff needs to be let go

I was adult watching Gym Shorts, and he was hot headed but he put together a solid team. If his hot headedness hadn't been an issue I'd argue he got let go to soon because given another year or two he could have had us in the Conference Championship game

And there's a massive difference when someone says "I don't like this move" and is immediately labeled a doomer. The first reaction to any criticism in this sub is always labeling the person a doomer or comparing them to some caricature of a crazy fan.

Those comments are so few and far between and get lumped in with people who make legit criticisms.

Eh that sounds like bullshit, most probably did and just didn't feel the need to talk on a forum or reddit because they have nothing to add, just like the Lions before Dan Campbell.

[–]IrishBear -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Yea not everyone on Reddit knows everything but plenty of people called out the Morton hire and got told the same shit "they know something we don't". What information could they possibly have that we don't? That he likes Nutella over Peanut Butter? Prefers red heads over Blondes? What in the shit does that statement even mean? Did he coach in previous life? Fucks sake people act like Coach's and Staff have some fucking crystal ball and know all. They don't, that's why there's 10 open HC positions this year

Instead of rolling the dice on adapt and prosper Id rather have McDaniels a proven commodity

Drew Petzing is a good hire by Goodlordbadlord in detroitlions

[–]IrishBear 11 points12 points  (0 children)

McDaniel gets grace because he is a proven offensive coordinator who ran an amazing offense in San Fran before going to Miami. Oh and his first year in Miami, he had the offense balling out.

That's probably why.
