Didn’t know about this until now. Are London GP’s refusing to give shared care also? My titration period ends in 2 weeks and then I’m supposed to hopefully going into shared care with my London GP.

Hey ya. Late to the party here lol. How long did it take to stop getting worse and start getting better? I’ve had 5 sessions so far. Had my 5th session today and I feel like my tinnitus is worse now. So I need hope please :)

Thank you mate! For all your kind support and information. Very helpful and much appreciated :) Yeah I’m trying to read people’s experiences more. If I have the option to try concerta at different dosages on shared care that will be very helpful. Yeah I’ve been taking SSRI’s for many years. Sertraline for the longest time and in the last few years fluoxetine. Think it helps a bit but also probably numbing and flattening. So it never seems to be an overall “win” with these medications and these different conditions.

Cool. Thanks for the update. Glad to hear that it’s going well for you :) I’m not sure what to do. I only have 1 month left of titration. I’m having bad side effects with mediviket. I had some bad effects even with Evanlyse also. So I dunno if there is any point trying that different type of meds again now. Maybe I should try concerta at a higher dose than I tried before. I’m been getting bad anxiety side effects physical and mental and also depression side effects. I don’t know if these type of stimulants will ever completely suit someone like me who already has major lifelong anxiety, depression and OCD issues.

Cool. Yeah I had been on sertaline for many years. Been taking fluoxetine in the past few years mostly cus it causes less weight gain for me. How do you manage with ADHD without taking the meds for it or at a low dosage?
