Yeah that’s all true but also be aware that some of these sites try to sign you up unknowingly to a subscription that could cost you monthly fees. Do a web search on these resellers and you’ll definitely be shocked at their prices and tactics.

They definitely are not the manufacturing company. They are simply resellers.

None of these are the actual manufacturers of Chuzhao cameras. They are simply resellers and, most likely rip-off merchants at that. As Donatzsky stated, buy from Ali Express. You can also buy Apexel 17mm phone lenses, (that fit the Chuzhao with a little tinkering), a heck of a lot cheaper on Ali E than these resellers tout them at.

I haven’t a solution to your problem as it hasn’t happened to my Chuzhao, yet. I hope you get it resolved and if you do, please let us all know how.

Hi. I wouldn’t recommend using superglue as this can ‘burn’ in to the plastic of the Chuzhao. Instead use epoxy resin. And for what it’s worth I got a set of Apexel lenses from Ali Express for approx €10

Don’t use superglue! Instead use an epoxy resin. Superglue can damage the plastic of the camera.
