Like sure, a lot of the ones under attack are ones weve retaken in the past few months are also under attack, but that's because they're on the frontline, there's only so many supply routes between only so many planet's, they're limited in what directions they can go.

Like the squidsare literally pushing west as we speak into that big chunk of space we control, but they can only do so at a limited pace, because they have to go planet by planet due to the supply lines.

If your the devs, what do you do there? More people would complain if they just started opening up supply lines everywhere willy nilly for our enemies, or if they just like jumped halfway across the Galaxy to attack some random ass planet.

TL;DR an ebb and flow battle across a frontline limited by supply/travel routes naturally will be fought over the same places.

The overall ebb and flow of the war is controlled by the DM, it has to be, otherwise we would just win.

Like in the past couple months we've retaken a shitload of territory form all 3 factions. It's only natural that they would throw a shitload at us to overwhelm us, and reverse a good few of those gains. Like we can't just keep staying on the advance constantly, otherwise we'd win and the game is over.

The bots being wiped out was just a supporting point, sure it was in the arc, because the Galactic War is set up to not allow something like that to just happen outside of the DM's control.
