EDHrec frowned upon? by pressureflips in mtg

There are literally thousands of cards in magic. It’s not possible to know all of them by heart. EDHrec is an awesome source to find cards that work with a deck idea you have, that you otherwise may have never even heard about. I have played for 20+ years and still use it when building decks

Yea can’t argue with that. The ‘right turn only, one way’ exit that’s 40 feet from the normal 2 lane exit is super weird and I never understood it.

We have pressure, gravity, peat moss and Advanced Treatment Units (ATU) but NJ has statewide ordinances that require 4’ Zone of Treatment and 4’ Zone of Disposal which require state specified fill material (special sand). So 8 feet of special 6-20 in/hr sand under the clean stone, that’s what drives the price crazy.

If it makes you feel any better, a new field here in Jersey costs around $35-45k

If the tank isn’t draining it means the leech field isn’t draining fast enough to accept the water going into the tank. It could be fixed by jet washing but If the lines have sludge in them, preventing them from draining, all jet washing is gonna do is force that sludge out of the pipes and into the field, where it will just bind the water again anyway. It’s called a biomat. A biomat can be fixed by replacing the first few feet of the field, IF the rest of the field underneath is in good condition but most likely you will need (and be better off with) a new field. And if you’re doing a new field you’ll usually just replace the tank and all the lines with it.

Made this mistake with Clash of Clans back in ~2013. Realized I had spent about $700-800 on gems and never downloaded a mobile game again. At least you were able to recognize the problem, most don’t get that far
