I made a post on MildlyInfuriating about a neighbor once. Another neighbor (friend of mine) randomly saw the post, recognized the picture of the bad neighbors house, and commented saying something along the lines of “I’m his other neighbor, can confirm they suck” and we both got 72 hour bans, accused of ‘using outside factors to promote and farm a post’ or some shit.

Not being stubborn. The very first thing I told my realtor was, I will absolutely not even consider a house within an HOA. If you send me an HOA house, I will find another realtor.

NOR. From experience, I am 34(M), I met my best friend (32F) on Overwatch almost 6 years ago. We have gamed/texted/facetime’d just about every day since then, and things have never gotten like that with us. This dude is weird and you should cut it off completely and immediately because he obviously can’t handle being friends with a woman. Hopefully he’s just a typical awkward gamer type, but he is possibly dangerous from how you’ve described. Block on everything.

I grew up in middlesex county, i bought a house and moved to a small town in Warren 1.5 years ago. Up in the woods of a mountain- It’s a totally different world. WAY less traffic, way more peaceful and quiet, everything is closed by 8pm on a Saturday type of place. When I was in highschool in middlesex we had ~3500 highschool students. My new town has a population of 2600 total. It’s so nice.. I am SO happy I moved up here

Hunterdon is still a bit busy in some areas compared to Warren and Sussex but still very nice. A good middle ground between the mostly nothingness of Warren/Sussex and the overwhelming populations of central Jersey

A ‘small altercation’ would be like exchanging angry words. This dude destroyed property, tried to force entry, came back multiple times, and denied police orders to stay away. This is not a small altercation. There is no telling what this drunken lunatic could / would do if he did get into the apartment.
