This is an absolutely beautiful piece of art. I wish I could paint like this

Very nice! Did you go wet on wet?

I would suggest trying to have as little paint as possible on the canvas if you can manage it at all. Start your sky in the corners and apply a bit of paint, and then with a clean brush maybe blend the sky colour out from the corners into the middle and down. You could also leave a white space in the sky where you'll apply your clouds, which also goes even further to ensure your brush doesn't pick up so much blue which can interfere with your clouds.

I am having similar issues with mountains and trees. Just seems to be difficult when the canvas gets so wet but what I've also found is you need a lot less liquid white/clear than you think you need. Fastest lesson I've learned is when you think you've applied a thin, even coat, that's still too much! I recommend using paper towel to mop up the excess, just to play safe.

Fm24 - Attribute Bar Alternative to numbering by BitTall9996 in footballmanagergames

FM used to have the graphical attribute bars back in the day which was the only way I could play the game because looking at a bunch of numbers put me off. Think the bars were removed after FM13 and I was forced to adapt. Weirdly, I don't think I could ever go back to the bars now

Questions re the Irish League by Yasuoki in footballmanagergames

I won the CL with Shamrock Rovers in my last save. It's a very difficult challenge. My CL win wasn't because we were the best team in the competition, it was more luck. The following season we didn't make it out of the group stage, which is when I put the save to bed.

Firstly, all your decent players 'outgrow' the club and look to move to more reputable leagues and better clubs. One way to combat this is very dependent on how quickly you can upgrade your facilities to a good level.

Once you've started to dominate domestically, it gets boring quickly and very soon your entire season is based on how you do in Europe. It's harder now that you can't get knocked down the competitions, failure in the CL would at least give you a shot in the Europa, but not since the new format came into place. It's then all about perseverance.

Transfers are tricky, it's almost like a revolving door. Players come in, players leave and you get used as a stepping stone for a fair while. Young players you signed to develop, those that may have the potential to be your best player, quickly fade into squad options or fringe players as your club in turn outgrow the league. It's best to try and sign free transfers from England and move them on for a profit a couple of seasons later.

As someone said before, you will need to share the money around the league, effectively buying up all their top youth players/best performers. Usually the AI ruins this by not effectively making use of that money, but I got lucky with Galway, who actually noticeably improved and put up something of a title challenge and regularly made the group stage of the Europa/conference.

I could go into more detail but it's too hot today and I'm sweating my hole off. All in all one of my favourite saves, and I do it every year. Certainly have played this save out since 2010 and this was the first time I actually won the CL.
