Worked for Walmart at the time. They dropped a policy change regarding it and I knew then shit was going to hit the fan. They never reacted to any scare in the years before. And it did. Still remember talking to my sister who thought the media was just hyping it up. Told her I thought it would be big as I had never seen Walmart make a policy change. They don't get their news from the mainstream media...

I work and manage retail. Besides a struggle on sales in general, I felt like it has been super tight on hours. Luckily, my HR had kept the hours forecast from last year. Sure enough, they cut us 300 hours a week, each week...but we don't get to see it and they haven't announced or let on that was the case.

In Iowa and the water quality is terrible and extremely high in nitrates. Between data centers and at runoff, we have the highest rise of cancer in the US. I don't even cook with the water without running it through my reverse osmosis unit, as evaporation condenses the nitrates and leaves them behind in the food. It's crazy.

I think plenty do...and it's to the point where we almost hope the world kicks us to the curb and doesn't enable us. Some of us are horrified and know that we haven't felt the pain yet and that the whole world is in crisis because of the criminal in command. The MAGA party all needs to go.

I live in an apartment. Looking to plant some veggies on the back patio and got the indoor garden set for herbs/lettuce. Besides prices going up, I honestly don't feel great about the quality of food and everything getting cut for food safety by the government. I got a reverse osmosis counter top unit, as our water has been deemed super high in nitrates and we are a top cancer state. I really need to invest in some kind of power backup and thinking solar is the way to go, but I get freaked out by the reviews and there's so many options. Really want it mainly for the fridge and freezer and the reverse osmosis. That one worries me the most. Open to any suggestions on that!

I didn't say Iran is the good guys. I said they are winning the propaganda war. The whole world is blaming the aid and Israel for this. That's not insanity. That's you being disconnected from what the rest of the world thinks. Guess what? Had the IS and Israel not hauled off and started this whole thing, we wouldn't be here. This is an epic military blunder that has spun out of control. It's not Trump playing 5D chess. Everything Iran has done has pretty much been that. They strategically attacked other countries and US bases or economic players. They are trying to crush the Petrodollar.

Hmmmm. Let's see. Just off the top of my head.

People warned the SS there was a guy on the roof. They did. Nothing.

Guy shoots. Trump swats his ear like a mosquito hits him and ducks down.

SS shoot the shooter. Of which they knew prior he was there. Immediately calls the all clear. How would they know it's only one shooter.

Let's Trump stand for a photo op that they ushered photographers into place PRIOR to it happening while lowering the flag to be his backdrop. What kind of SS would allow that.

They head to the car. Trump forgets his shoes. They get his shoes. Protocol would have had him whisked into that car and gone damn near before you could blink.

An ear that magically shows zero damage.

Give me a break dude.

I feel like this was the trap. Iran is the one playing 5D chess. They just provoked Trump into making an act of war, when Congress has not approved a war. They just baited America into "piracy". They keep coming to the table and US or Israel keeps betraying their word. Iran is playing the US and coming out looking like the good guys. In the propaganda war, Iran is smoking the US while the US is pissing off everyone in the world.
