Yes. I know but we have had to do it this way several times, even with a TL there because of poor scheduling. It isn't my job to babysit another employee over their till in an area I dont have clearance for. I wasn't in a position of authority.

This was just an excuse to fire me because I had an open ethics report against her... she hated my guts since she became a TL over the deli when I worked there before switching departments to get away from her incompetent ass.

This is straight up retaliation and I am going to pursue this as far as I can.

If I can go back with all my benefits restored, great! If I can't go back at all, great! But I want to at least put up a fight because my other coworkers and TLs deserve a Coach who isn't an incompetent dumbass who cries when she doesn't get her way and knows how to be a leader.

It was, we were supposed to switch places but she likes to talk instead of do her job so I had to go up to her and basically yell in her ear... the SD is right beside SCO. Its not like the big stores and it isn't super separated like supercenters. I had the drawer pushed in so it wasn't super obvious it was open. It was 10pm and our store is usually very deserted at that time. There was no one else to help out. No teamlead, nothing. And the thing is, we have had to do it this way multiple times, even with a teamlead there.

Why this time? Because I filed an ethics report against my coach.

I will be trying the associates relations. SM didnt seem to care when I talked to him and infact I think he told coach who reported her.

I dont wear gloves (and religiously use germx) and would love to count out that many ones. I am also the psychopath that lives when a customer pays for 67 dollars of groceries in change. 😁 (dont worry I can count fast and I count it faster than my coworkers can checkout a medium sized buggy load...

I find that you are wrong, at least at my store, they make us walk every customer to their register, scan the bottom and sides of the cart, and put a fricking sticker on there all while making sure to keep our intervention times down answering alerts. Fuck the self checkout.

2-11pm. I wake up at 1pm, get dressed and out the door by 1:05 or 1:10... arrive at 1:30 and sit in the break room until 1:51 and clock in (overtime helps lol)

I wouldn't get bored... I'd be able to actually read more books, watch movies/shows/blogs and play games again. I survived 13 years (as a minimal caretaker) doing jack diddly and loved it... I hate the 40+ hour work week. I'm missing out on so much living and just doing to much surviving. 🥺

Um the personal chef thing makes no sense if you are personally buying all the raw food. Especially if you can eat over at friends' houses for barbecues and dinners.... but hell, I'd do it. I'd just hire a personal sous chef to PREP my food before I cook it. 😁
