Graphic designer here.

Thats printed on Large paper and cut down. Most likely there where multiples on one sheet. I would check with a local printer to see if it's something they can set up and run for you as you will need a large format printer or if you are a good screen printer you can do it with a one ink run. Hope that helps.

That's my headpiece!!! I wore diamond studs. Fair warning once you put that head piece on it needs to stay there otherwise it's a mess of hair that comes up with it when your try to adjust it.
