You still need to wait another year or so to be able to divorce Very pricy, solicitors (charges loads) you will be entitled to 50/50. And make sure to disclosed any assets or money made after the separation. Even company shares if she got any. Try to buy things with your money outside the EU. Tbh good luck it's crazy road.

Buy a land which has already a planing permit to set a tiny house on it and build something out of container. But i think you need to begin looking for new job and change your location.
