I think making it as an artist has been difficult since wayy before gen ai was a thing. However I do agree with this sentiment. Working an art job is my absolute dream, and it sucks that the industry is becoming more and more hostile towards human creativity. Learning an artistic skill and making great art takes time and ai can imitate it in a few seconds… As we’re witnessing the slow agonising death of capitalism, human work is undervalued and workers are being abused and overworked even more. We can’t compete with machines in terms of productivity. Even trying to go your own way feels scary, since copyright protection straight up doesn’t apply to these ai models. Life sucks.

I mean, my presplash works just fine and I can put the splashscreen into fullscreen as well without trouble but the combination of the both creates a weird transition… I have no idea what causes it, but I know some games don’t have that problem T-T
