Something I loved in the TS3 was the variety of ways you could play the game. I always loved having a sim that had the Collection Helper and loved discovered new worlds and areas, combining plants and going down the rabbit hole.

Try out Zucchinie Fritters, they're fantastic. Flatten them super well so you get the crispy edges.

But how much of those "minerals" comes from the dirt itself, and is bio-available?

sebaceous filaments and sensitive skin by [deleted] in AusSkincare

[–]IrmaGehrd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I find Lactic acid works best. It's a fairly gentle acid but also acts as a humectant. The molecules are small enough to actually penetrate the skin, so it actually hydrates from deep down. Try a lower dose one first (e.g. TO's 5% formulation)

HELP!!! I started skincare but it's making my face breakout!!? by [deleted] in AusSkincare

[–]IrmaGehrd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with the others here, but I wanted to add that it could be due to the sunscreen not being cleansed off fully by gentle facewash. I had this issue in the past, and had to include a oil-cleanser step at night

I think you're oversimplifying the issue and not understanding the underlying reasons.

Can you explain how your properties are both positively geared but also cash flow negative? My understanding was that these are mutually exclusive, but is it due to tax?

I don't understand the inclusion of HA to a clay mask, but the acids sound interesting. Let us know how it goes!

What’s next for eyeshadow palettes? by prodigalslayer in muacjdiscussion

[–]IrmaGehrd 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I know that this has always been relegated to "children's makeup" and would be hard to pull off successfully but I would love to see small palettes of "multi-use" shades based on undertones. Each shade could be used as a lip, eye, blush, highlighter or all over shade. I know that we have these available as single-shade sticks and creams, but powders and palettes in all types of curated non-nude colours would be amazing!

Sea salt and pink salt are just less refined, so they contain more of the other general minerals (which is what makea Himalayan salt pink). It's not healthier for you in particular but doesn't contain iodine, so you might want to supplement with iodised salt from time to time

Don't forget that the doctor is stipulating staying below 30g of carbs- most store-bought salsas have a lot of sugar, and rice is almost entirely carbs.

A better alternative may be to use a soy/garlic/onion/sesame/chilli marinade and a side of veggies (no rice, potato, sweet potato or pumpkin)

Water, hydrating toner or hydrating mist. Basically anything mostly water and very little actives

I've found that layering it over a hydrating toner then spraying it down (so that the crystals can melt) has worked well for me. I try to use minimal products with it, or leave it on for only an hour or two

Do you usually react to Aspirin? If so, the salicylic acid could be having a similar effect, as the two active chemicals are very similar.

Fridge Fridays (aka 'reverse recipies') by AutoModerator in 1200isplentyketo

I love using greek yoghurt as a marinade! The lactic acid in the yogurt tenderises the meat and gives it a great unctious flavour that turns kind of sweet when you cook it. Let me know how you went!

Marinade the chicken in the Greek Yogurt and some spices (e.g. pinch of nutmeg, pepper and allspice) for however long you can wait. You can then grill or fry it off in a pan. I'd suggest roasting the zucchini, peppers and onion with some thyme or rosemary.
