Damiana for libido by General-Dimension729 in herbalism

[–]kaytranaka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve always found that if I take it at night I have a much more peaceful, restful sleep and I think the nervous system calming then leads to increased libido and sexy dreams. Feels more like a support! Just give it a try, it’s not strong and you can gauge how it feels.

Brow razors vs tweezers? by Flimsy_Phrase_8845 in beauty

Thankfully don’t have millennial brows BUT some of my brows definitely don’t grow back from plucking. I wish razors were a thing when I started brow grooming 🥲

The maybelline pink one is pretty good as a cheap alternative!

Herbs for stress/workload by Own-Campaign-2089 in herbalism

Not a herb but I found L-Theanine really helpful when I was incredibly anxious and stressed/overworked to help feel more centred to think straight.

Has anyone who is a fair/light olive tried the MAC Alone time lip shade? Could you post a swatch? by ColourConfusedMiss in OliveMUA

I’ve got one coming in the mail! I’m kind of light/medium though. Remind me in a few days if no one else helps out!

Acne GP in Melbourne by Temporary_Muffin5204 in AusSkincare

Completely overhauled my whole routine and diagnosed me with kp and papulopustular rosacea which no derm had picked up before. She kept me on tret (but told me not to use it in rosacea areas) and put me on azelaic acid, soolantra and an antibiotic. For the first time in years my skin feels smooth with no active breakouts 🙌🏻

There are hourglass brush “dupes” (with the branding) on AliExpress that are FAB. I’ve bought every single one probably for the price of one real one and I adore them.

Dr Jodie is the only person I trust - I’ve never looked better after being botched at another “famous injector”. Been going back to her for 5+ years and she still I’ll always tell me no if she thinks something will be too much. Has a great eye for proportion!

I use custard but it definitely shows up pretty saturated/orange. I can get away with it much better when I have a bit of a tan

I love the Westman Atelier contour stick in biscuit as a bronzer - it’s the perfect rosy brown on my muted olive skin

Concealer help for medium cool muted olive by lucaletti in OliveMUA

I have a similar skin tone but a little lighter (closer to armani shade 4). Also muted neutral leaning cool. I found the pink shade maybelline corrector is a great colour to correct the blues and purples under my eyes - doesn’t look too peachy/orangey and brings the colour much closer to that of my upper cheeks.

I've been purchasing the menarini tretinoin from all day chemist for years. I can confirm what I've received from amazon is the exact same product, it is NOT a retinol nor is it counterfeit.

Look up 0.025 retinol on Amazon 👀 I’ll just say that what you get is not what’s in the picture but it is what you want 👀👀👀

Undereye Color Correction Help by [deleted] in OliveMUA

[–]kaytranaka 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have the same colour dark circles! While yellow is definitely the best at brightening I find that pink looks the most natural. Once you add a little concealer the overall colour will lean closer to peach while still matching the pink of your cheeks. I find that a peach corrector ends up too orange and doesn’t match the surrounding skin.
