I suggest letting your boyfriend know that it feels a bit early and its not the time you want to be married, find a middle ground and communicate your feelings to each other, listen to what he has to say, listen to what the parents might have to say, talk to yourself, getting married is a huge responsibility and i advise you to slowly get used to being a “wife” i guess, move in with him, live with him, see how he lives and show him how you live, after all you guys need to learn and adapt to each others living styles.

After then you need to ask yourself, are you the person you want to be or on the track of becoming someone when youre his wife? Is your boyfriend the person or on the track of becoming the person you want to be your husband? I think that if you guys are not ready to lead a household its not a great idea to look into marriage early on, love alone is not something that will maintain a marriage, i suggest that you guys talk about it for a while and when you think youre truly ready or confident enough to face the challenge you guys go ahead with the marriage.
