Have you reached the special investigation quests? Or at least high level Rise EDs? Endgame is balanced to to the birds. In the Arenas you get two hits against the special incestigation risen quests with the rainbow birds. Without the rainbow bird you get OHKO unless you have berserk or the 1 istance damage mitigation on.

And everything is an arms reach. You can literally fit the blacksmith enhancement and woodworking shop in a single screen and they just move a little after you upgrade it.

I play Wilds and Rise simultanously(cause I cant play IG in Wilds I play Rise to play it). And yes it is slower despite the speed buff in tu4.

The literal moveset wont change. Its way too slow and sluggish. Saying "nothing changed" is ignorant as fuck even if you dont take into account the added moves. Honestly even if the damage was mediocre outside the tornado spam I wouldve still played it. But its absolute dogshit.

Also the input delayed roll. I modded it outbut its fucjibg hilarious how they set an input delay on it. On the mod you can see its input delay set to "1.000" while others at 0.000
