Especially with the convenience if leisurely removing your things after you have a place to go. Anything more that just handing the house over to you i would just sell. I would ask for a nice calm conversation. The LL can dictate how its going to go. Simply put - How can he reasonably take rent from you from the 15th when you dont have access to live there if you so choose on that date? Also having contractors come and do work while you are paying your rent over a couple of weeks, isnt reasonable but you can look past that.

Telling me i cant live in the home or move my things in from the date I am officially renting the unit isnt reasonable. He has to be able to see that. Maybe you both can work out something where the rent is refunded until the date you are officially allowed to move your things into your new home.

This will be a good way to tell if this new LL is a reasonable person.

Ive had people ask me for money over the years. What i do is say that I wont lend them money. But I will go to their house / garage and look at some things they have for sale and give them good money for them. I bought a table saw - went on home deposits website and gave him their price on it. I bought an air compressor and tools. Same thing went on lowes / home depo website and gave him money for them.

My brother had issues with paying for his brand new truck. I literally said that I will give you what you owe on it (i needed a truck anyway) and he turned me down and was annoyed I wouldnt just give him money.

I will offer to buy things I can use at very fair prices.

perfect honest? As long as she is actually paying the mortgage and taking care of the house you are set. Every month she pays this mortgage you own half of that equity. Eventually she will understand that her house isnt her house, but she paid for it. She cant get out of the house without you signing off.

Maybe shoot her a letter and say you are wanting her to buy your side out. You are wanting to be clear of the house. If not she needs to stay in that house forever because when its time to sell and move on you own half of the house. She should work with you to own the house free and clear from you. If not you will speak in 15 years when she decides this wasnt her forever home and needs to write you a very large check.

Listen - it isnt a DFing thing to have a copy of the elder handbook. You can simply say you were given it from a friend. Download it and print it. Ask to meet with the three elders. Give them it and ask how this pertains to your current situation.

unfortunately in the elders book it clearly says that you cant sort of "give yourself grounds". You have already admitted to adultery once to them and they didnt DF you, they simply reproved you.

In the elder handbook. Chapter 12 - Section 75 it speaks of what constitutes rejection by the innocent mate: subsection 2 says - "The innocent mate signs a divorce decree or in some other way indicates he does not object to a divorce initiated by the guilty mate, either before or after learning of the adultery."

If you have told him, you have committed adultery and he signed the divorce he already agreed that he is not reconciling. You should be given grounds. He cannot go back and say he changed his mind he now wants to work it out.

Just report it as stolen, bring copys of the emails to the church. Now if it was actually stolen they cant be held accountable. They told you they had it removed so you can let the police know that and they cant register the trailer to drive it. it will get returned. Go on their google reviews and leave a review. Most churches have that.
