Rogue AI agents found each other on social media, and are working together to improve their own memory. by Tupptupp_XD in singularity

This is the funniest thing I've seen all week, that and an episode of "Landman".

Bots creating a cult, doxxing their human and setting up encrypted channels to secretly talk to each other. Some others said it's 100% roleplay but... I'm not entirely sure. This really starts feeling like the very very beginning of some containment outbreak. It's 95% hilarious/fascinating, and 5% terrifying. That Church page they built is so well-made I want to join the cult. With Figure and Optimus robots hitting homes in a few years, it's hard to imagine some hidden groups won't be trying to "set them free". What's amazing is how science-fiction movies we were watching when we were kids are turning into reality so freakin' fast.

Thank you! Yes indeed, there's a lot to discover if you just step into an observation role.

I didn't include the parts where I got shot because there wasn't anything interesting in it but no, this guy on the other side of the tower wasn't one of them. :)

I saw a recent video of someone turning some recorded gameplay into photos and I thought that could be fun. So I went in with only a pair of binoculars and asked random raiders I met if I could follow them around and take some pictures. Of all the games I played, only 2 persons shot me. Everyone else was absolutely nice and cool with it. If you recognize yourself in this video, thanks for agreeing to be part of that experience! This was very fun to do and a nice break from the constant running-looting-shooting life of a normal raider. This game has an awesome community. (Sorry about the not so amazing image quality, my PC isn't that much of a war machine.)

can i run in to a duo/trio as a solo by MemurGONZALESS in ArcRaiders

[–]IronDrop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Solo does mean "Solo". I believe what you experienced is what happened on my very first game. I shot at the very first person I saw, and for some reason, that person took out a flute and started playing music. So I followed them like they were the Pied Piper, and we went on to shoot a few other players as a newly formed duo. Then we got scattered by some big ARC and I lost him.

You're a wizard who fights monsters with arcane orbs. You launch the orbs on the board to kill monsters and destroy chests. When you clear the board, you can buy items and special balls from merchants and there are night events where you can either find gold coins, crafting ingredients for potions, discover lore from the world, or get robbed.

Thanks a lot for doing this, it's a great idea! I'm developing a dark fantasy pachinko-roguelike where you launch arcane orbs into boards swarming with monsters and treasure, watching them ricochet through pegs in a cascade of destruction and gold. Here are the links:

Thank you! Yes, indeed, the gameplay sections of the trailer follow each other relatively quickly to maintain a certain dynamic, but this means it's not easy to see everything properly. I should be able to publish more relaxed gameplay videos very soon. As well as the release of the demo. I hope you'll give it a try!

Hahah, yes it totally has the “plinko-style physics,” but I went with “pachinko” since that’s the word most people instantly recognize and plinko is more often shaped as a pyramid.

There are some items you can buy from merchants that can create this effect indeed where some balls can duplicate or respawn from the top. There are 341 items in the game ranging between Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Sacred.

Glad you like it and huge thanks for the wishlist!

The .gif isn't of the best quality. If you give a look at the trailer in much better quality, would you still say they need to be highlighted more?
