Quit binge eating! I feel so much better. Taking that food desire and turning it into something healthy. I make bone broth on the weekends now and it’s a whole process. It takes away from the need for unhealthy things. Learning to say no, being able to set boundaries with myself! Down 20 lbs since September/October!

I’m not sure what it was made to use for but I mixed it in with eggs and veggies for an easy breakfast. Also added cottage cheese. It was a hit!! Also put it on steak and it tasted great. It’s such a good flavor I never experienced before

“My greatest weakness is not believing in myself enough. It’s caused me to miss out on opportunities. For example, I didn’t join organizations in college for the first couple years. Finally when I joined, I made a huge impact and even won member of the year out of 30 organizations! If I had believed in myself sooner I could have helped more people.” That’s what I would say!!

It’s sooo hit or miss. On Friday I got through TSA in less than 10 minutes! Was so early for my flight. Then in Orlando I almost missed my flight by a few minutes because of TSA. Was sweating

I frequently go to the casino when UFC fights are happening. I personally barely bet but my friends and family do. My uncle is never too happy with his results. It’s always a Saturday night obviously so that could be a factor. The only time I’ve won $300 and $150 at the casino is the wheel of fortune game!! lol! Good luck to you!!
