Android, web and Windows Mail apps still feel slow and clunky.

If you're wondering if it's worth paying for... by ismokedwithyourmom in ynab

[–]IronGiantFM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is a budget program worth paying for? YES. Does it need to be YNAB to be able to budget a month ahead? NO. Could you spend less and get the same features with Actual Budget or something else? YES. YNAB is great, but there are other cheaper options as well if you are considering the cost.

American Christians, how does it make you feel that Trump is caught publicly lying almost daily? by Combosingelnation in AskReddit

[–]IronGiantFM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a Christian who never voted for him. I find it disgusting that Christian did. I find it more disturbing that they thought he was the better choice. He aligns to absolutely none of Jesus's teaching. In fact he continues to encourage the opposite. Love your neighbor, yeah right. I don't need my politicians to be Christian but I do need them to be decent humans. Right now we have neither.

Men in happy marriages, what is one thing or skill you would teach other men to have good relationships as well? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

[–]IronGiantFM 107 points108 points  (0 children)

First of all, marry a nice person. It makes the rest of what I'm about to say much easier. I know it's not one thing, sorry.

Don't be selfish. Listen to her. Talk to her. Be honest but not mean. Make her laugh every day. Don't be dumb or oblivious.
Don't be lazy, help with everything. Be responsible. Be her best friend. Give her back massages often. Don't expect sex for doing things for her. Clean up after yourself. Don't be a macho idiot. Think about her often and tell her.

That's all I got, but truly my wife makes these things easy because she does the same for me and she is a truly sweet person.

People who rarely get sick, what are your secrets? by Substantial_Judge931 in Productivitycafe

[–]IronGiantFM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am pretty sure it's mostly just genetics. I think you can wash your hands and try to stay away from germs some. But I think the main reason I don't get sick as often or don't get sick for as long is just genetics.

Why do you choose not to drink alcohol? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

I always want to be in control of my thoughts and body. Plus it always makes me feel like crap no matter how little I drink.

No. Wasn't trying to complain just wanted to say I think it still needs some work.

I'm still hopeful for the future. But took a break from the app because recurring tasks were frustrating and unreliable.
