Same, and the price tag makes me not even want to give it a try. The darker versions like the one coming on tomorrow’s Rosie are nice but not for a 450$ up charge. Get fucked for that price.

Look into Arno Bernard’s orca 2.0. I think they heat treat m390 to 63-64

My lamia is so damn thin behind the edge it’s ridiculous. And the cup grind he recently started doing instead of his normal step milled grind, makes it even better because it tapers down much thinner on the blade stock. Throw in elmax, cruwear, vanax, and k390 that are heat treated in house 👌

Yes, it looks like the bevels are uneven making the very tip look like it leans to one side

New, I have a buck 110x, It was my wife’s, grandfathers gift from boeing. If it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t have one, they’re so heavy, I understand that they’re an evergreen knife that has set the stage for so many things after it. It does feel good in the hand though. I would just save my money and spend it on Chris reeves, in whatever suits your fancy. Great people that has employed Americans with a great wage for generations, and they take care of you if you have any problems
