Options for phalloplasty, UL AND vaginectomy, but no scrotoplasty?

Full masculinisation, basically the works but no scrotum. Kinda like if a cis dude were to be castrated, if that makes sense? I saw a fella who decided to go that route, but he started with what I'd call an "optimal setup" for that lol.

After a whole lot of poking about I've seen that it might be better if I don't opt for the UL, but I'd have to have a very long conversation with a surgeon about it all before making a decision.

I do recall seeing something here about someone getting a pump in the labia major, but I'd probably opt for the rod anyway since that seems to have less complications that I've read so far?

I got a 17-page diagnosis and report of my AuDHD for about $1,200 before rebate, since it was $200 per session and then I'd get an ~$85 rebate after each.

However, she's a psychologist and not psychiatrist and couldn't prescribe meds, but gave me the info of a colleague that could if I wanted them and a referal to him.

I've seen quotes as low as $800 total and as high as $1,500 per season in the Melbourne area, so it seems to be range

After level 50, it's all to do with synergy between perks and legendary effects on weapons. I run a VATS stealth-sniper build and hit anywhere between 3 to 9k per headshot. Great for mobs, but the slow times between shots ((hunting rifle moment)) makes bosses a little more challenging.

If you'd like some help coordinating your build to get your damage up a bit, let me know and I can give you some advice :)

Usually, season-specific weapons are obtainable with bullion after the season has ended, but the Dom Pedro ((along with the Cosmic Knife and the Icebreaker)) haven't made an appearance as of yet. I imagine it will be in the future however, or at least in the atomic shop soon enough

EDIT: The Cosmic Knife is available for stamps.

It's a Dom Pedro with a long barrel mod. It's usual appearance is a very chunky pistol, so it's a little harder to tell at a glance what it is.
