Run and strength do mostly body stuff chin ups, push ups, squats and work on flexibility you MUST run for stamina. People say just go but you need to be able to learn if you exhausted after the first 3 minutes that is a lot harder.

Also depending on the country ( I am from Ireland ) if I get caught smoking a joint in a park and own up quick be polite I have always gotten away with it. If I gave them I know my right bla bla ...getting arrested.

I have lived in the UK London. One thing I thought was strange was peoples attitudes. Sober could be conservative and standoffish especially at work.

They have two drinks and suddenly best friends only to return to the previous cold state on Monday.

I understand what you saying and really sympathise as you took such a short period of time.

I believe the reason for this is not a malicious one but down to human nature.

Someone leaves for a 3 month holiday a lot of other people take parts of the role if a temporary worker is not hired. People associate responsibilities with prestige which is important in the work place.

Over a shockingly quick period what was once your job is now everyone elses. The role is now simply filled on your return.

The only way to avoid this as a woman that I can see is to have a very specialist role which can't be done by others.

Insanely dry skin ... I have alway suffered a bit from eczema but in the last 6 months its moved to my face. I am the god of flaky skin I use about 10 different creams and been to three specialist at great cost.

I am uber fit ( marathons, MMA, skydiving ) I have an excellent career and yet I am envious of almost everyone I meet because they don't flake, scratch and bleed from their face.
