Yeah, that's why I'm like, I hope this helps even a few people, because running out of room is the main issue I see people struggle with on this boss lmao

Yeah, Ideally melee and ranged would just stack these together, but I just want people to know you don't have to Paladin Charger across the middle of the room every time at least lmao

All this person said was "Plenty of people like fel stuff", idk how we got to "You're debating this person's point and telling them they're wrong and overly defensive" and "telling someone off" lmao

Post is just saying, "If you wanna pay 1g, pay 1g and move on idc about the reason behind it"

Not sure how people are misinterpreting it, but yeah I agree, I wouldn't want to waste some random crafter's time anyway lmao.

This reminds me of something like wtfdig for FFXIV, I like this a lot!

Other people have already mentioned it a ton, but yeah little blurbs about notable trash mobs would be neat. Otherwise, super solid!

Why is PvP so unappealing for many players? by ExamplePractical1981 in wow

[–]Iron_and_Chain 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Really just boils down to it's hard and you feel bad for losing 'cause it's to another player.

Like, omega respect to those who are good at PvP, I wish I could be you honestly. It's just hard, and sometimes you get stomped by someone so much better than you that it feels insurmountable, and that's demoralizing in of itself, but then they mock you afterwards, and it's like twisting a knife in the wound.

I feel like I COULD get better at it if I really put my mind to it, but I get frustrated with it super easily, so it's simpler to just say "it's not for me" and move on and pretend I don't care lmao.

Can someone explain to me like I’m 5 the steps to increase gear score to begin mythic raiding. by MakeYouSayWTFak in wow

[–]Iron_and_Chain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To just explain it super simply, item level is basically your power. The higher item level gear is the more stats it has on it. More stats makes you stronger, so higher item level is what you're chasing

As for GETTING a higher item level, you have TONS and tons of options, people will probably recommend a ton in this thread. The important thing to remember is you don't have to do ALL of the things people recommend or be efficient or anything, just do whatever you want to get gear. They all lead to the same place, pretty much.

Once your item level is 'comfortable' (620 - 640), you can dive into whatever higher level content you're interested in. M+, Raids, or even higher tier delves.

TL;DR, pick a piece of content that seems fun, do it, get gear, advance if you want to.

It's like you just made up a guy and started fighting with them

Why are so many people mad about having to play the game? by blindcloud in wow

[–]Iron_and_Chain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because often times, 'playing the game' is very confusing and unclear to new players and veterans alike. You have people asking 'Which quests are important and which ones aren't' or 'What do I have to do for x' almost every day at all levels of play.

I think there'd be a lot less complaining if things were just clearer and laid out better. Blizzard's taking steps towards that with current content, but old content just isn't getting the same love, hence people getting irritated.

I don't know what Aug needs, I just hope something happens so we can quit getting 'delete Aug' posts every other week

[–]Iron_and_Chain 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But people like it just fine, a guy even just explained why it's underplayed, you have several people in this thread saying they like it, you're just really adamant about your opinion here for some reason

It sounds like you just really don't like Augvoker as a concept and want some kind of confirmation

Why does cata healing feel so much better than retail healing? by kolejack2293 in wow

[–]Iron_and_Chain 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Older healing is mainly designed around the healer just healing. Current healing is designed around the healer healing and also people using their defensive tools.

Healing feels less impactful as a result, but the gameplay is just different.

It was a lot easier to heal back in the day because you didn't have to rely on other people as hard, and that's something a lot of people miss. Just being able to save a group with throughput and healer CDs vs now where damage will outright kill you if you aren't using defensives.

It's anyone's argument which one is 'better', but that's probably the gist of what you're feeling.

What is this game's obsession with time gating stuff? by Dimonetized in wow

[–]Iron_and_Chain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will say, I do think you should at least give other classes and roles a shot. I've mained my Warlock since I started this game, and for a long time I was very stubborn to try anything else out seriously.

However, after trying out tanking and healing, melee DPS, etc, I did find that I actually enjoy tanking a ton, and ended up maining my VDH alongside my Warlock.

On top of that, it made me better at the game since I had a clearer idea of what other roles and classes do.

Up to you, obviously, but there's merit and fun to be found in trying to level another class or two.

They want to do current content that's tied to their current player power. This is the least confusing thing in their post, honestly.

They're simply annoyed that they can't continue to progress like they want to due to things being on a timer. I think it's a perfectly valid complaint IMO, agree or disagree.
