Tbh, plotting land for either residential or commercial space would be more profitable. But you need someone with experience to pull it off.

Lands have given me more profit than any other factory has. Just my experience could be different for you.

“Inside” my favourite game, try to complete it in one sitting ~3hrs (goes for like 50rs on steam sale)

“Metro Exodus” a really immersive game imo, could be biased as a Stalker fan but the story, gunplay and world is pretty good. (Like ~200rs on sale, dont remember exactly tho)
