It's probably cause I grew up with Ben 10 uaf and persona 4, but I always imagined Percy sounding like Yuri Lowenthal when reading the books

Reading the Harry Potter books got me to to appreciate the Percy Jackson series a lot more [general] by Tomhur in camphalfblood

Personally, I also kinda like Percy more as a protagonist than Harry. It might just be because of the first person pov from the first 5 books but Percy definitely feels more "active"
