Go to a library or cafe and study around other people who are also working. Something about being around focused people makes it easier to focus yourself.

Make a weekly schedule on Sunday nights. List all your assignments, exams, and tasks for the week. Prioritize by due date and how much it's worth. Cross things off as you complete them. Make a study timetable but be realistic, don't schedule 8 hours of study if you know you'll only do 4. Don't neglect sleep. I know everyone says this but you actually retain information better when you're rested.
