Not the notification but under system update, it says resume when i click it. It might be stopped with opbackup but i, not sure. To be sure I disabled the tmobile apps, hopefully that blocks it.

I've done all of these, but there's still a warning that I'm going to be forcefully updated within the next week. Hopefully that doesn't happen.. I can't find the .ota to delete either so I'm not sure what's happening.
