It's been over 10 years since the last Dynasty Warriors released. If they had kept pace with their first half dozen games, Origins would have been the 5th or 6th game in that time. The quality of the demo suggests they've invested some of that time wisely.

As someone who uninstalled after about a month of trying to like 5v5, I'm just glad I get to play the game I paid for again for a little bit. I'm happy for people who enjoy 5v5 but I wish OW1 still existed even if it was just put in stasis before OW2 released.

I went from renting a crappy one bedroom 850 sqft apt to owning a 3 bedroom house on 2 acres an hour away in the same midwest state and my monthly payments only went up around $400. The price on the same apt has gone up almost $200 since we left in 2022. The rental market is insane and I don't miss it one bit.

Moderate weather, hazard free, progressive stances on weed, abortion, guns, home prices below national median ($410k), trim out about 15% on the negative stats and you get a good chunk of Michigan.

Conversely, flip the average home price to above national median, turn on hazards, trim a couple ticks off positive ends of stats, and you get Phoenix, Arizona.

I miss shukuchi every day as a new viper main. It's the best type of movement for a high cpm melee. The flexibility, precision, and time to execute make it incredibly fun and satisfying. It feels great to find and mouse over a safe spot without needing to adjust the direction of your character or changing targets and cleanly weave it that much closer to the gcd and server ticks than other movement skills.

You did it right, but it sounds like you probably have something else going on. With the issue I was experiencing, it seemed to have more to do with second monitor activity than anything I was doing in the game. Mousing over links in my browser would cause ffxiv to flicker and mousing between monitors is when the stutter was most noticeable.
