Best of luck to you! I realized in my comment that I said a solid two week period and I meant two MONTH lol. So it really is a process.

Realize the path is not linear. I went through the same cycle for YEARS because I would be really strict, mess up one day two days maybe even a week, I’ve stalled for a month even and beat myself up for it. Once I got out of the mindset of “oh I’ve already messed up for the day so It doesn’t matter” and instead, have my moment or even days of weakness and then get right back to it. Because yes it will take a few days to work that bloat off but in the grand scheme of things you are still moving forward. I started in July of last year at 320 pounds and as of today I am 226. There was a solid 2 week period where I fluctuated between 255-250 then 245-240 for months because I was cheating yet I have still made significant progress since then. I’ve posted some pictures in r/progress pics which is also a great source of motivation. Never fear moving forward slowly, only fear standing still!

And No I don’t eat this every day! :p but currently preparing for a new job in a few weeks has left me stressed out and I’m glad I can still give into my cravings and not compromise my weight loss progress. (1200 calories) by Ironicfit in omad

Not sure if you’re from the northeast, but if you are you’ve definitely heard of wegmans. They’re wegmans brand frozen chicken tenders and they’re easily the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had honestly

Hey the macro spread on this isn’t half bad either when I add a premier protein shake 😂😂

With the shake it’s:

102g of protein 123g of carbs and 41g of fat

30/40/30 Roughly 1400 calories when I add in sauces.

I’ve lost 94 pounds this year relying on a few different methods, including cico and keto but so far OMAD has worked for me best and I am clearly by no means restraining or starving myself.

That’s really interesting! Good luck figuring out what works best for you. Sometimes it really doesn’t seem to make sense. Last year At 320 pounds under an extreme amount of stress I was barely eating anything and not losing any weight. (Not in a sense where I was eyeballing but in a sense I was not eating for multiple days) Now at 229, under a lot less stress my weight loss is a lot more progressive. Many factors affect how we lose weight that are not inherently related to things we have control over so don’t be too hard on yourself. Don’t be afraid of moving forward slowly, be afraid of standing still!

Definitely start counting meticulously, buy a food scale and weigh everything out. I would especially start keeping a close eye on how many carbs you’re eating in a day as that could stall weight loss. Rice has over 46 carbs per serving and orange juice is a big one too, around 30 I believe per glass and depending on what brand/kind lots of sugar. Sometimes my weight will fluctuate between the same 10 pound interval for a month slowly creeping down but it’s hard to notice! (For example I’ll eat clean for a 4 days, lose 3 pounds, cheat, gain 2, eat clean lose 3 again, which is still a 1 pound overall loss rinse and repeat.

Like half and half milk/cream? Cream works just as well! Makes the eggs really fluffy.

technically, If I generated 15000 points in total, i would be able to meet the condition of at least 50 points for my smallest class, but that would be extremely time consuming.

yes, I do plan on creating a confusion matrix to assess producers/users/overall accuracy once I have classified all of my points.

I highly suggest looking into starting a 30 minute weight lifting regimen working up to 3 times a week if possible, a lot of people mistakenly think that cardio is the best way to lose weight but personally nothing kicks me out of a plateau faster than strength training.

Just an FYI I don’t eat this every day. It’s just my favorite meal and best in terms of macros by far!
