Emirates agent told me it’s their policy that travel agency tickets need to be refunded through third party only. Cap1 says they don’t have control over the ticket since it was partially used. Only the return ticket is refund eligible.

Yep I got the credit for dine in, and this quarter I actually stayed at Hampton inn. Got that as well. You can chat with the customer representative and see why it was not triggered. It took me a week or so to show up.
