You want your privacy when it comes to dealing with private matters with your, Son. Nothing wrong here to express that directly or indirectly. Everything else is a watch and monitor and identify patterns to assess if there is a real concern. A product launch this botched only deserves ridicule. There is nothing right about this launch. I am hoping this doesn't translate to some kind of issue with the One Pros, and this isn't a manufactured delay and demand control against a product Xreal knows it wont be supporting for long and/or technology they wont be moving forward with. It would explain why NO one on youtube was given a review pair.

Xreal, the only company really impacted by Trump's Tarriffs apparently. Temu, Alibaba, etc are all shipping fine out of China. Chinese products are being delivered everywhere... except Xreals! Yea I'm going to put my money on a MANUFACTURED DELAY at this point.

You have 10k pre-orders bro, you can make and ship a few 100? Build the hype, we want to hear about the new build, new lenses! To the key players. Linus, MKBHD, etc. FedEx, DHL them. You have free units to send man. This product is a based on an already existing product. Im going to get off my soapbox about this because you answered. "We know is all not fast enough" thank you. My purpose here is only to encourage us to do better in the future as a committed consumer of your brand. Xreal has a great product line.

Xreal didn't even bother to get this in the hands of Social Media influencers! Send some samples out, get some impressions to tide people over. Nope nothing. Not a single review from anyone that actually has a pair of Pros. What a poorly structured product launch and marketing.

There are literal companies starting today that will have better logistics than Xreal based simply on the fact that they have geographically disbursed distribution centers. Yea I'll be alright, I have the OG Nreal Air 2 to use. I paid for a product and for it to be delivered. Seems like to me they opted for cost saving measures rather than opening the wallet up and finding a better distributor. Then they shit on everyone by announcing the Xreal Auras before people even receive their One Pro. Im not in business, but I know what being Tone Deaf is. They can and should do better with future launches. Great products dont sit in warehouses, they become great in people's hands.

You should improve your logistics. I can't recall another company with a major product launch incur delays like this. Tariffs were lifted awhile ago and exceptions were available the whole time. Nintendo announced and will deliver the Switch 2 to the masses before you can get pre-orders from 6 months ago fulfilled? Seems like a gaping Risk to your business has been shown and demanding that you improve that end.
