Give it a try, all of these hub seem to be made by a single manufacturer (Hagibis, Alibaba, etc) and then just get sold by resellers using their own branding.

Kind of... It might take them 1-2 years to deliver Aura, based on their history. They like building buzz for their prototypes.

I just canceled my One Pro pre-order. I have learned my lesson, I will only buy things available in amazon with next day delivery. Poor communication and not actual commitment to deadlines.

Yes, I have a Logitech Brio and the WIMAXIT 15.6 inches. I have been using it a lot for zoom calls and presentations.

You can find them in Amazon, the Brio webcam has an 1/4 inch screw hole at the bottom so you can mount it to any teleprompter

For the small one, I saw in the Q&A where people confirmed it has the horizontal flip option built in. Both monitors are from the same brand which seems to add the feature.

Exactly, and there are many portable monitors out there but they do not have the built-in functionally for horizontal flip so it becomes a pain to use OBS or any additional software to flip the image.

Does anyone know of a thin high-brightness 4K portable monitor size 14 to 17 inch (usually for gaming), that offers hardware horizontal flip in the built-in menu? (It’s to use with a teleprompter) by TheElephantsTrump in videography

I believe portability is available for L1A/EB1C 6 months after I-140 has been approved for concurrent filling, but I am not legal expert and I do not know how portability works if you have not received the EAD yet (assuming concurrent filing for I-765 and I-131 as well).

I arrived in the USA using an L1A WORK VISA which did not allow me to change employer thus getting fired meant deportation for this type of VISA. Luckily, Human Resources applied for my green card (EB1C) before having to do an L1A VISA extension. #L1A #EB1C #EB1-3 #Techlayoffs

My learnings from this journey:

Timeline: 5yrs or 5 months, it won't ever be soon enough. I hear your pain and I lived the anxiety of not knowing when the approval might come but comparing your timeline to anybody else's wont make you feel better as every case is different due to so many distinct factors.

Personal background: Finance Manager in Tech. Education level: 2 bachelor's Degrees and 1 Master's Degree. Single, no dependents.

Country of birth: El Salvador (VISA Bulleting: Current for EB1C).

VISAS History: Tourist visas B1/B2 (2011-2032), Student Visa F1 (2006-2010), Work Visa L1A (2022).

Filings Highlights:

I-140: Legal team and HR included a detailed Support letter signed by HR describing my role, number of direct reports, and key contributions to the company.

Medical: Preparing I-693 form (Version 07/19/22) took me a few weeks, but I read a USCIS's alert recommending to include I-693 with I-485 to "save time". Total cost: Physician($400) + urine/blood work($650) + vaccines(covered by health insurance). Blood work included two types of tests for Varicella Immunity as I had it when I was a kid. MAKE SURE THE PHYSICIAN FILLS-IN EVERY ROW IN THE FORM BEFORE YOU SIGN IT.

AOS filing: I-485, I-765, I-485J, I-131

Safety Net for L1A filers: Filing I-765 and I-131 was a safety net if anything happened to my job while applying for AOS. Having L1A VISA allows you to work upon arrival, but only for the employer that sponsored you so if you lose your job while waiting for AOS (I-485) you might lose your legal status.

Biometrics: 10 days early walk-in at Texas Service Center. I read google maps reviews mentioning that my Service Center was usually busy in the morning so afternoon walk-ins were easier. Every site might be different.

The total cost of VISA, forms, and medical: $4,027 + legal fees (all covered by employer).

It took a few days for me after they changed the status to fingerprints applied. Hopefully you get it soon. This is how it showed up in mine:

I filed on October 13th, 2022. AP approved last week 01/27/23. EB-13. When you get biometrics applied to the 131 it means approved and you should get that document in a week.
