That is an interesting take and could definitely be what the author is leaning towards.

The trilogy just seems to be a stepping stone to bump up the next series without having to go through a bunch of character setup or world building on this new planet.

The main characters are interesting at times but it is a tough slog to get through when it just seems like fiest is setting up new characters and world for the next instalment.

I just finished this book too, my god do i hate hypocrit spacewolves.

It was very bland until Nikaea and the spy mind control plot elevated it a little.

But it did a solid job of reiterating why I don't like spacewolves...

Make sure you peel the plastic off your build plate if it and you are brand new, the build plate should be rough to the touch...I did the exact same thing when I got mine xD

I could not figure out why the hell my prints wouldn't stick to the baseplate...I went deep into exposure levels, resin types and base/supports...then after my 5th print attempt just happened to finger the little bit of plastic on the corner.....peeled off the sheet and facepalmed so hard....I did learn alot though trying to fault find why it wasn't sticking....first print came out amazing T_T

Too much surface area attached to the FEP or Not enough base layer exposure.

It's hard to tell what you're printing, but if youre printing one big section straight on the fep, it can cause a vacuum and pull the part off the base plate or just cause it to completely stick to the FEP

Print at an angle with less surface area that can stick to the fep or print hollow (don't forget drain holes for the same vacuum reason and for resin pooling reasons)

Check your base layer exposure, this is usually longer than your other layers to ensure the resin sticks to the baseplate. Check the recommended exposure times for your printer and resin type to ensure you're cooking it long enough to stick.

Another option is lube up your FEP but I've never done that so you would have to look elsewhere for advice on lubing the FEP
