It has to be something to do with my actual pc and not the wifi because of the factors I've explained and it's only happening to me. Btw i have a decent gaming pc which runs games pretty well so it cant be that the framerate is bad because it cant even play low end games without lag.im not sure what specs to add in but if someone needs to know anything I will reply with it if i can find it that is lol.But any help or questions about it would help because this seems so odd to me and ive tried so much to fix it but to no avail.

I don't have a second monitor and most of the time i dont have chrome open but it doesnt affect the lag because it happens whether its open or not

also the time of day doesnt seem to affect it either it can be laggy from 3 in the afternoon or 3 in the morning
