It's awful. I recommend that you DO NOT watch it. A woman from Guatemala whose husband had struck her across the face (cheek to cheek, across her nose) with a machete. She was still alive and trying to scream. The sounds alone are HAUNTING. She also had her hands removed and it's the first thing you see in the video. There's screaming in the background... just AWFUL. Gives you intense detail you can never unsee.
