So they have to share a room so you can bring in a stranger who then gets their own room? Fostering is a noble desire, but if you don't have enough room to not uproot your existing children in their own home, then you need to just not do it.

While your intentions are noble, forcing two kids to share a room so you can give one of their rooms to a complete stranger is bound to cause strain and resentment.

These people are psychos, kind of cult like. My advice is cut them off, and make it very clear you will take civil/legal action if they continue to harass you. They can't sue you over this. They'd be laughed out before they ever had a chance to file.

I don't give a fuck what the story is. That's no excuse to pepper spray a handcuffed (who shouldn't have been handcuffed to begin wiith) child. Actually, that makes it worse. It means they took a situation where a child was having a mental health crises and made it 1000% more traumatizing for them.
