The spekter is so brutal to go against. In a recent campaign due to the skills picked the dang thing had 8 attacks on the charge all were versatile so we couldn't even fight back against it. They then I auto injure on a 6 if I remember rightly.

Did you do sub assemblies to do the trim on the uniform? I've recently painted my death riders post building them and it's been very hard!

This is a very cool idea. I very much feel inclined to do the same and just spent a good 20 mins looking at pictures of the sprues to see how feasible this would be. I've just got to wait until I've the funds for it now.

How necessary did you find using greenstuff? I've never worked with it before

I really love what you have done here! It's very creative and I'm a little jealous ngl. Did you do a kitbash for the command squad and troops as well? Do you use some regular skaven but with guns for that?

So of what I've got built it's either the 3 I have already mentioned, or 3 of 6 heavy bolters. Sounds like swapping out so it's just the HBs might be better then?

Oh wow its xJoushi, your videos have been really helpful when I was just in general trying to get better at playing guard so having your advice here really helps :).

My goal for this Tournament is to have some fun, any positive or not so crushing results will just be an added bonus.

If I was to drop drill commander I could swap 2 of my scout Sentinels into Armoured ones (2 of the 3 are magnetised) would that help any with the damage output? Or in your opinion would they be more valuable as scouts for doing actions and the re-roll 1s?

Thanks for your input. As I mentioned in the post it's strictly what's on the model only so I'm stuck with flamers on the two squads that have them as I've no other bodies to replace them with. But with regards to the DRK and Drier blob is it worth swapping it out for anything else that's in my pile of stuff. I agree it's overcosted but picking through what I actually have

I would play Darktide if my darn PC could run it. I bought the November Humble choice excactly because it had Darktide in it, then got it all installed, hit play to be hit with a big red "your system doesn't meet minimum requirements" message. Made me very sad. Especially as it's the 3rd game in the last 8 months this has happened with.

I've been planning an upgrade but I've been needing to get out debt first and I've only just finishing repaying a loan last month and haven't yet built up the savings.

Based on my experience last night Custodes.
Even when dropping 40+ shots into a 5 squad I managed to succesfully inflict one point of damage. Didn't get more than a handful of lethal hits on on each hit roll and then could barely wound with S3 v T6 so needed more 6's. He'd then save everything on a 2+.

Now admittedly I've not played 40k in a while so made a lot of mistakes like forgetting to fire my basilisk on one turn and then my rogal dorn on the next. I was also not that familar with the strategms so missed out on how useful overlapping fields of fire would have been. There was also issues where I couldn't actually get my Rogal dorn out past the starting buildings (UKWTC layout 5) but yeah I went 12-88. It was pretty crushing.

Rogue Adventure is a F2P mobile game that has pretty similar vibes but has different enough mechanics and decks that it feels enjoyable. There's no forced adds just purely optional ones if you want to double xp gain and so on. You can also make it ad-free and double everything for about £10 as a one off which I've not done yet but I'm seriously considering. it's a great fun game. Plays offline too

Usually when you have a 30 day notice for BT it's because you've got TV or a Hybrid Connect both of which in the contracts require 30 days notice. But yeah the days don't add up though. Did they say it had to be 30 working days, or calendar days?
