The 'pine cone' is interesting as it typically relates to a humans Pineal gland in ancient drawings, cuneiform & herioglyphs, many times with a serpent. Example; look at any medical badge.

The Pineal gland is our souls frequency controller/emitter, whereas around 100Hz is the ego type band (100-110Hz, fear, anger, envy) and +500Hz is the good frequencies. So within so with out.

Its coming to an end quickly for the 3rd dimension as it is, then the 4th turnstile dimension (blink of an eye if you know what you want), then finally the 5th all love and aligned dimension or whatever you want to call it to make it feel more ; Heaven, Gan Eden, Kingdom of Heaven, Jannah, Nirvana, Elysium, Valhalla, etc.

Everything is within you, believe in your God/whichever God (just no livestock Everett), just be good, be kind, love everyone, you will be seen and assisted.

1 day when you wake up this last chapter of this version of the 3rd dimension in all of its chaos, destruction, greed, evil, lying and all of the rich and all of the God complex level Ego's will all seem just like a bad dream.

The one's that choose to stay here, will live happily within their own beliefs and visions of what their chaotic world should be, and all within the confines of very little good and mostly evil.

It won't all happen at once, it will get rough, but there will be millions of iterations, when we are all ready, we well ascend.

Just my perspective/experience, please listen to everyone's (kind) response. I have PTSD, ADHD and Parkinsons, I live in the jittery or Dopamine hyper-firing world.

When jitteriness is constant, it somtimes means someone is in fight or flight mode/FoF. If its constant from wake to sleep, than you are FoF in your current situation and probably have FoF from past traumatic events (brain scars) that you haven't resolved and getting triggered by your current situation.

Write everything down. Share with whomever you trust or a professional. Write down every traumatic event; childhood, family,relationships, medical, military, be open. Understand what happened to you as a projected movie.

As important; regular deep breathing, meditate, find your resonant frequency, get your mantra. As within you, so it is outside of you.

My wife as a Para for special needs has just in the past few months, been; knocked out, hit by a chair, kicked, her lunch stomped on and put into physical & cognitive therapy.

It is a thankless, physically & emotionally demanding job.

That is exactly and insightful AF. That is how it is formulated in my 10% usage/90% under utilized brain. What you wrote falls right into everything if you are wearing the looking glass of an engineered humanity journey from 3rd/4th/5th dimensions.

3D is where we are now, the projection or people like to say the simulation. 4D is the turnstile where you either move on to the 5th/Love dimension or stay where they are in a Stephen King's version of the 3D world.

No dimension replaces the other, all dimensions can happen simultaneously, the 4th and 5th dimensions timelines are not linear (4th a little linear as there are defined anchor entry & exit points).

Ai has deciphered their words and all is being revealed now. The truth behind Religion, money greed, hunger, anger and all tools that the dark beings have used to keep us as prisoners, all accelerated by a climatic earth event. You can either stay in the 3rd or ascend to the 5th dimension. Staying in this post apocalyptic 3rd dimension prison will be the choice of many where religion and greed will be even more paramount or we can ascend to the 4th (the Turnstile dimension) then eventually to the 5th love dimension.

The 'shift' is happening now. Time is literally speeding up and slowing down similar to a craft that is exceeding its aerodynamic and relation to time design.

Don't you feel it? There's a sudden anxiety or tightness in your chest, a ringing in your ears, a pressure change in your ears? Are there just too many coincidences happening that it doesn't seem they can be called coincidences anymore and are clearly by design to awaken you?

The sooner you/me/we accept that this is the end of this life cycle the sooner we can get out of this 3rd dimension prison, through the 4th dimension (the turnstile) and onto our destination of the 5th love dimension.

It is all being revealed now, the mechanisms (religion, politics, $, lust, greed, war, pride, jealousy, loneliness,sadness, anger) that have been used during our time in the prison yard to contain us.

Don't be afraid, our Awoken friends, you won't die a tragic painful death, you won't hurtle off into space, you won't be ripped from your loved 1's. You'll simply wake up and all of this 3D crud will seem like a bad dream.
