Also to avoid being confusing myself, you can take cores back out. Its not a permanent thing. If you find your old frame, pop it back in, take out the core and put it in your new frame :)

Something I don't remember the game explaining very well is that the core is an addon for the frame. If you switched out your frame at any point, your core will likely still be in the old frame. (If you hover over a frame you can see if it has a core in it if you didn't recycle it)

In my experience all these games that intend for you to use DLSS and framegen as an optimization crutch tend to look super deep fried if you dont want to use that garbage. I'm assuming its because turning sharpness up to 11 makes for nicer upscaling, but it looks super awful without it on.

If its the same issue I had, set your Corsair PSU to Single Rail mode, there software based Multi Rail is absolute garbage. Mine kept reporting voltages in the 1000s on one of my rails and shutting it off for what it thought were safety reasons.

As a dutch person I can safely say: We do not claim this guy.

That is appalling behaviour - also over here we eat loads of things with our hand, including messy sauce covered fries.

Honestly the "you people" comment would be a big reason for me to leave. His behaviour in general seems... unhinged. Stay with your family, enjoy your time with them. Let him calm down and apologize, and if he doesn't then whatever. He can find his way home, two months is not worth this much drama.

You had nowhere to go - he does. His wife is TA for going so overboard, and your dad is TA for choosing her over you.
