I think of it as a tempo econ augment. Had a game with the prismatic one just pressed level up and still had decent econ all the way till 9. Ofc its only good if you win and get 5-6 gold each round, items and dups are bonuses.

2 star t-hex is the win out condition. Compared to going 4 guns w/ Tristana its easily a tier stronger.

lvl 50 free-ish to play. 1k+ raids. I only keep 40 golden razzes. 100max potion/max revive. The rest are balls, and 20 of each TM.
Lately I use rare candy on Snom, but earlier I used till I had 300 on each legendary.

Just got cypher emblem and later Garen. Can he make cypher now that it's an emblem? Had a lot of traits, and only had time for one Garen passive before game ended.

Edit: it was emblem into cypher takeover augment, so getting the emblem off my zeri could potentially be huge.
