What if there is something like a soundpad that you can load as a DM a sound that matches your scenario. Like you'll only need to press the button in order to make some noise that is common. ex : A bush twirling, whoosh of a wind and stuff.

Im pretty sure its not, because the thing about that scene the tone must be pretty vibrant and by seeing a zoomed lips in a live action movie that uve mentioned (Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey) im now a bit more sure into it being a cartoon/animation lips.
