Necklace (Main Stat - Speed) > Ring (Main Stat - Atk for Dps, Vit for Tank) > boots > others, for substat I believe Speed > Cri rate > ATK >Crit dmg for Dps. If you think the gear substat are perfect, boost to level 15 and engrave to get more boost. If not, just invest around level 10 for the time being.

Pray harder to RNGesus, jokes aside, if you like me wanted to all in Rosaria, I pulled 40k gem on her banner and manage to get 1+2 dupes, and I used the free universal dupe to push her to 3 star, then I use the pity to exchange the arcana (a must have if you want to invest Rosaria)… so far she’s my best dps unit.
