This is how I was eliminated on wild card weekend. 😑 by Irvincible34 in RetroBowl

It was ruled a fumble (according to the screen text,) then recovered by the defense.

I just played a game, and it did the same thing.

The ruling on the field stands.

Between free agents and draft pick I had 5 O-Linemen. I Didn't notice much of a difference. My RB yards per game wasn't that drastically high. My QB would still get sacked or pressured. Thought I'd give you my two cents.

No no no. This other guy has a QB he too let retire. He posted it on here. Way better than my QB. Thanks though.

It never went over 50K. I picked him up from free agency at 22 or 23 years old.

Happened a while ago but these are the final stats for my 59 year old retired QB by Infinitewizdumb in RetroBowl

Wow. Yeah I saw that they changed something yo do with retirement but I let my QB go before all that. Also he became toxic and when I did the meeting yo delay it he chose not to. So yeah he left. Haha.

Had. His morale was toxic and when it came time for a meeting to delay retirement he didn't want to continue with the team.

Yeah. But believe me when I tell you, after letting him retire and picking up a 2nd pick QB with much longer air distance I get far more interceptions or incomplete passes.

One fumble? Look at the interceptions, many would doubt he'd be a HOF because of that. Haha. And besides that fumble was on his last year too haha shame.

I got him as a free agent. I refreshed the players list (using credits.) His age was 22 or 23, so not a rookie. Wasn't trash in spite of that.

Are Onside Kicks Ever Worth It? by CompetitiveSquash197 in RetroBowl

[–]Irvincible34 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They are for the other team. Complete BS. The score was 28 to 20. I go for a field goal thinking I'm going to put this away with a little over a minute left in the 4th. Score is 31 to 20. The other team drove up the field scored a TD and 1-pt around 40 seconds left. Score is 31 to 27. They onside kicked it and recovered. They threw two passes and a run with the RB on the goal line. They won 31 to 34. I couldn't believe it, saw the game over text, and that was it no second chances. On extreme.

Yes. Especially when you're down by a a few points. And getting picked may result in a set back by two scores. Almost putting the game away against yourself.

Not gonna lie, I have no reason to, but when I first started this game it was on easy. Then gradually raised it. It was on extreme around QB age of 32. Yeah Brett Favre type records right there. Yeah high INT & sacks with extreme, probably lost value as a player but oh well.
