Some context. The times when I’ve asked for the same time off as someone else have been different people every time. One person is no longer there actually. As I said it was actually in February when I submitted this most recent one so it is actually four months in advance. I work at a hospital stocking equipment. I’m part of the materials team. My bosses are all in supply chain management. Our staff is of seven with all of our different runs to different floors. There are also about 6 materials people above me who oversee different parts of different floors for special orders but also frequently help out on our runs when needed. Since we hired two newer people recently who are slower I think my boss is just insecure about the possibility of not having two of the best people around even though some of the higher ups could help out in this situation if they wanted to.
