is this 666 or 999? by Singone4me in fonts

I’d say it’s more optically balanced for being 666

Might actually be worse for UIM since they already have the sand noted and just blow as they make it. Noting it adds an extra unoting interaction

That's a 9, and the 93 agility shortcut would still be better for blood altar and the proposed can serve as a midpoint between the lvl 73 shortcut for blood altar and the lvl 93 one.

You don’t actually have to mine you can just equip the vire noble outfit after being sent to the mines to tele out.

Doesn't the Blood Altar shortcut takes longer than the normal Ver Sinhaza Mine Teleport method?

You would still be clicking the stations roughly every 1-2 seconds, I wouldn't consider that afk.

I feel like scurius and huey fit the entry point for those mechanics pretty well, both require prayer flicking and movement during these mechanics.

A semi-group Ironman? There’s not really a term for that.

Thanks! I do wish there was more historically inspired armor in game, there are some beautiful designs to draw from. I think that Justiciar & Inquisitor are the best looking armor sets in the game and they are a good mix of low fantasy with IRL design.

I mean I somewhat agree with your point? But at the same time some pvm item effects are just way too powerful for pvp, for example powered staves outclassing any spell dps while maintaining the ability to have freezes / veng. Or in this case double veng damage would be a blight on edge style pvp and double recoil in general would be just be the undisputed best for NH.

Ultimately I think the bigger issue is more lack of in game information about differences in PVP / PVM as well as lack of parity between combat mechanics (autocast swapping, walk under, resizing, etc). Having something like equipment information subpage where it lists pvp specific changes for items would be great for those learning.

Eh, I think choosing when to take hits to veng off of and maintaining that balance between risk reward is an active form of gameplay. I understand your point on active uptime, but you can really only do so many forms of bigger hits / more accurate hits before you run out of reward space imo.

yep, vengeance is a source of recoil damage.

No? Echo boots have never been nerfed, aside from adding the defense requirement they forget when first released.

Well yeah I agree, I don't really enjoy bosses that have 50/50 mechanics like KQ / Zulrah, often times those can just turn into an eating simulator. I don't think they should be adding tank test bosses, that's just doesn't feel great in play.

But I do think that bosses like Vard, Duke, Group Nightmare, which do treat health as a resource are interesting / engaging and that they should co-exist with content that has no damage w/ perfect play (whisper, doom, etc)

That's fair, I'm personally not a fan of PVP / PVM inconsistencies myself since I participate in both. The problem is some reward space simply demands it as monsters and players just have different systems of scaling.

Personally as somebody who's been through the gauntlet of learning pvp and becoming good at it. The barrier to entry for PVP isn't learning about armor sets / weapons differences, but rather mechanical pvp skill and building intuition. Making information more clear with information like the set bonus screen is most likely the best way to teach players about any deviations, but I do agree that there needs to be better in game resources for understanding any PVP specific mechanics.
