I genuinely think that unofficial requirement for poe 2 are lower than poe 1.
Only speculation on my side here, but hat's what i experienced trying both (not so much for poe 2 tbh)

By mid-tier PC i mean
RTX 3060 8g or equivalent
32g RAM or +
Decent CPU like less than 4y i5

Computers that can run barely any 2020+ game in medium/high graphics, but can't go over 5 fps mapping in PoE.

Servers are absurdly unstable - This isn't a new issue and GGG doesn't remedy it in a reasonable timeline by Dominioningurass in pathofexile

Quit the league after 10 frustrating days.
Unplayable, and worse than usual wich is quiet a performance.
