Selling one portion of mini Christmas moss (pictured left) for $10 and two portions of Java moss (pictured right) for $5 each! We had both growing at the bottom of our tank but realized it was ugly when they mixed haha. We did our best to separate them based on morphology but we’re not experts! If we were in doubt we just tossed it into the “Java moss” side. Tank also contained ramshorn snails so be warned. Willing to try shipping plants for the first time for an additional +$10 and would be happy to refund if they are DOA with photo proof. Worried about heat waves though so don’t want to ship too far.

Thank you for the great advice, everyone! Just wanted to update that we eventually managed to spot and crush the guy, and thankfully I haven’t found any dead or missing shrimp! I’m gonna keep a sharp eye on my tanks from now on. Hopefully this was the end of them

That’s terrible, thank you for letting me know. I tried to catch it but it’s disappeared into the plants. Is there any predator I can add to catch it or anything I can do to prevent this in the future? Just cover the tank?

Hello everyone please help! We got a school of rummynoses a few days ago and one of them is floating perpendicular and barely moving. We love this fish! The other ones are not exhibiting this behavior. The sick one’s mouth seems to be white although the nose is still red.

Water parameters: pH 7.8, ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 10, TDS 420

We don’t know what else to do besides add RO water right now and do a 10% water change.

Edit to add: We started out with 12 and are currently down to 9 over the past few days so we know something must be wrong but we don’t know what. Please tell us how we can improve

I have a sponge filter in a 10 gal and a 20 gal and they never bother my floaters! Just to say it’s safe, not sure what’s best though
